How to do the Invoice Editing once you received the invoice link?

  1. Get invoice link from your account email,

  1. Input needed information here then download invoice,

  1. Sometimes it only has a ‘View’ Button instead of ‘Download/Edit’, but that ‘View’ button will still allow you to edit the ‘Bill to’ section.

p.s. Sometimes the Zenvoice might have a delay to sync your payment to their system, if you just paid and couldn’t find your invoice in Zenvoice please wait for another 15mins to check it again. Send us an email [email protected] if the problem persists.
